Error Code CE
Excess Error — water fills above normal level; possible overfill due to stuck inlet valve or faulty sensor
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
What This Means
Inlet valve damaged (stuck open); Controller (main PCB) damaged; Hall sensor damaged (after PCB replacement, error persists)
How to Fix
- 1
Measure inlet valve resistance — should be ~25 ohm ±5% (per flow diagram, WH6 pin5~6 = 8V DC ±15%)
- 2
If inlet valve is faulty, replace inlet valve
- 3
If inlet valve is OK, replace main PCB
- 4
If error persists after PCB replacement, replace hall sensor
- 5
Measure voltage between WH4 pin4 and NA8 pin1 — should be 5V DC ±15%; if out of range, replace main PCB
This Error Applies To
