How to Fix

Enter Diagnostic Test Mode: unit in standby, press Power then immediately press Temp and Time.

Advance to the 4th test press (Motor + Heater1 + Heater2 / Motor + Gas Valve).

Observe the pump AD value displayed. If value is 10 or higher, pump is normal.

If value is below 10, E5 error is displayed → Inspect steam inlet hose and generator for blockage or disconnection.

Check steam harness connectors at the generator for proper seating.

Replace the steam pump/generator if AD value is consistently below 10 with harness confirmed good.
