How to Fix

1. 1

   Check outlet voltage — should be 110–125 VAC at L1/L2.

2. 2

   If outlet voltage is out of range, check house fuse or circuit breaker.

3. 3

   Measure voltage between connector BK or WH (Black Wire) at controller and BL2 (White Wire) — should be 110–125 VAC.

4. 4

   If voltage is present at outlet but not at controller, check if power cord is properly connected.

5. 5

   Verify controller wire is not disconnected and terminal block connection is secure.

6. 6

   Confirm that power cord neutral (N) line connects to center terminal (N) on terminal block.

7. 7

   If all connections are correct and power is present, replace the controller.
