Steam water supply pump failure detected in test mode

How to Fix

1. 1

   Enter diagnostic test mode (Power on, then More Time + Less Time simultaneously for 0.5 sec).

2. 2

   Press START/PAUSE four times to reach the pump test step — allow each step to complete before advancing.

3. 3

   Observe the AD value on the display: if higher than 10, pump is normal.

4. 4

   If AD value is 10 or below, E5 error will display indicating pump failure.

   Check connection between harness wire and pump connector for loose or broken pins.

   Verify 12 VDC is supplied to pump valve (coil resistance should be 240 Ω ±10%, limit current 550 mA).

7. 7

   If connections are good and voltage is present, replace the DC water supply pump.
