What This Means

Power cord wires (Black-White-Red) connected incorrectly to terminal block; Wire connection to terminal block is loose; House fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped

How to Fix

   Verify power cord is correctly connected to terminal block

2. 2

   Confirm black wire (L1) connects to left terminal, red wire (L2) to right terminal, white wire (neutral) to center terminal

3. 3

   For 4-wire connection: confirm green ground wire connects to external ground screw and neutral ground wire connects to center screw

   Check that all terminal block nuts are fully tightened

5. 5

   Verify strain relief is secure

6. 6

   Restore power and re-test; if PS persists, check house circuit breaker and fuse
