What This Means
DC water supply pump defective; Water supply harness connector disconnected; Inlet hose kinked, blocked, or not connected; Cold water supply valve closed
How to Fix

Enter diagnostic test mode

Press START/PAUSE button 4 times — steam heater and valve activate
- 3
Observe display: if AD value is higher than 10, pump is normal
- 4
If AD value is 10 or lower, E5 is displayed and pump is defective
- 5
Turn off dryer and disconnect from power
- 6
Check harness connection between main PCB and DC pump
- 7
Verify cold water supply valve is open and inlet hose is not kinked
- 8
Replace DC pump if AD value remains below 10 after harness checks
