How to Fix
- 1
Check the wall outlet for voltage: should read 110-125V AC.
- 2
If no outlet voltage, check the house fuse or reset the circuit breaker. Do not increase fuse capacity.
- 3
If outlet voltage is present, check voltage between Connector BK2 or WH2 Pin 1 (Black Wire) and BL2 Pin 1 (White Wire) at the controller — should read 110-125V AC.
- 4
If voltage is not present at controller, verify power cord is properly connected to the terminal block.
- 5
Verify that the power cord neutral (white) line matches the center terminal N neutral connection.
- 6
If voltage is present at all connectors but controller does not power on, check for disconnected controller wiring, then replace controller.
