How to Fix

Do not use dryer until exhaust system has been inspected.

Check the outside dryer vent while dryer is operating to confirm airflow.

Inspect the full duct run for lint buildup, crushed duct, or physical blockage.

Check vent hood for damage or lint clogging; ensure area around vent hood is clear.

Reduce duct run length or number of elbows if the run is excessively long or complex.

Clean ductwork thoroughly.

After cleaning, run the FlowSense installation test: press and hold Temp Control + Signal buttons, then press POWER; press START/PAUSE to begin test.

If FLOW SENSE indicator shows four bars or d80 persists after cleaning, install a shorter or straighter duct run.

Opening door or pressing POWER will clear the display indicator after two hours.
