Check the outside dryer vent while dryer is operating to confirm airflow.

  3. 3

Inspect the full duct run for lint buildup, crushed duct, or physical blockage.

  4. 4

Check vent hood for damage or lint clogging; ensure area around vent hood is clear.

  5. 5

Reduce duct run length or number of elbows if the run is excessively long or complex.

  6. 6

    Clean ductwork thoroughly.

  7. 7

After cleaning, run the FlowSense installation test: press and hold Temp Control + Signal buttons, then press POWER; press START/PAUSE to begin test.

  8. 8
