How to Fix

Step 1: Reset unit and enter Test Mode 1 (push test button 1 time). Measure fan motor supply voltage at CON4 20th Pin ~ 19th Pin. If NOT 11.4~12.6V, replace Main PCB.

Step 2: Open freezer door and check for airflow from vents. If windy, proceed to step 5.

Step 3: If no airflow, manually rotate fan blade by hand. If fan feels sticky/binding, replace fan motor.

Step 4: Go to step 5.

Step 5: Measure fan motor feedback voltage at CON4 18th Pin ~ 19th Pin. If reads 0V or 5V (not fluctuating), replace fan motor.

Step 6: Measure fan motor PWM voltage at CON4 17th Pin ~ 19th Pin. If reads 0V or 5V (not fluctuating), replace Main PCB.

Step 7: If all voltages are correct, explain to customer — fan motor is operating normally.
