Error Code FE
Overflow Error — water level has exceeded the safe level.
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
What This Means
Input leakage at the valves; Drain hose not positioned at the correct height (must be 0.9-1.2 m above floor); Blockages or leaks in the air hose between the tub and the pressure switch; Air leakage at the air hose connector on the outer tub
How to Fix
- 1
Check all inlet valves for input leakage
- 2
Verify drain hose is positioned 0.9-1.2 m (36-48 inches) above the floor
- 3
Enter service mode — check if water level frequency is over 21.0 kHz; if not, check the air chamber and tube for clogs
- 4
If frequency is over 21.0 kHz, check if inlet valve opens when power is not applied — if yes, replace inlet valve assembly
- 5
If inlet valve works continuously when power is applied, replace main PCB assembly
- 6
Inspect and repair any air leakages at the air hose connector on the outer tub and at any connecting parts
- 7
Remove foreign objects from the pressure sensor switch air hose
- 8
Replace pressure sensor switch if necessary
