What This Means
Bad connection at the thermistor; Bad connection at the WHITE 3-pin connector at the main board; Thermistor is defective
How to Fix

Reseat the connector at the thermistor and at the WHITE 3-pin connector on the main board

Test thermistor resistance at known temperatures against specification table (e.g., at 86°F/30°C: 70.519-82.848 kΩ; at 140°F/60°C: 22.285-24.978 kΩ)

Replace the thermistor if out of specification
