What This Means
Water faucet is closed; Water supply is interrupted; Inlet valve is clogged with dirt/debris; Connector has bad contact to the inlet valve; RED 6-pin connector (RD6) has a bad connection at the main board
How to Fix

Open water faucet and wait until water supply is resumed

Clean or replace inlet valve filter screen

Correct the connector contact at the inlet valve

Inspect and reseat the RED 6-pin connector (RD6) at the main PCB

Test each inlet valve solenoid resistance: should measure 24 ± 10% ohms between pins 1 and 2

Enter service mode (hold SPIN SPEED + Water Plus, then press POWER) and press START/PAUSE 3 times to activate Cold Water inlet valve check, 4 times for Hot Water, 5 times for Softener, 6 times for Jet Spray, 7 times for Bleach — confirm each valve activates
