What This Means
Heater is out of order (stuck on); Thermistor is out of order (reading incorrectly low, causing heater to run too long); Heater relay stuck closed on Main PBA
What actually causes this:
The water temperature sensor or the heating element control failed, causing the water to overheat
First Thing to Check
Turn off the dishwasher at the circuit breaker immediately and let it cool down completely
