What This Means
Heater element is defective (burned out or open circuit); Heater is improperly connected; Heater relay on Main PBA is defective
What actually causes this:
The heating element burned out or a wire connection came loose

Check if your dishes feel cold after a cycle — if so, the heater has failed

How to Fix

1. Check and reconnect the heater connectors

2. Measure heater resistance between both ends — normal: approx. 12.14-14.16 ohms (disconnect circuit breaker or power cable first)

3. Check heater relay connections on Main PBA — measure voltage between Red wire of heater relay on base and Red wire of CN101 connector — normal: 110-120V while operating

4. If heater tests normal, replace Main PBA
