What This Means

Abnormal or out-of-range power source voltage; Low voltage from utility; Faulty outlet or home wiring; Voltage sense circuit fault on main PCB

What actually causes this:

The electrical outlet isn't providing the right power — could be a tripped breaker, loose plug, or wiring issue.

First Thing to Check

Check your electrical panel and make sure the dryer's breaker hasn't tripped — flip it fully off then back on.

How to Fix

    1. Check the PCB and wire harness connections

    2. Measure voltage at the outlet: should be 120V/240V (Electric) or 120V (Gas)

    3. Check for blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker in the home

  4. 4

    4. Verify dryer is on a dedicated circuit

  5. 5

    5. If voltage is correct, inspect voltage sense circuit on main PCB

  6. 6

    6. Replace main PCB if voltage is confirmed correct
