What actually causes this:
Door wasn't closed firmly, or the door switch has gone bad from normal wear.

4. Test door switch: Door open - COM-NC (pins 1-3) should be < 1 ohm, COM-NO (pins 1-2) should be infinity

5. Test door switch: Door closed - COM-NC (pins 1-3) should be infinity, COM-NO (pins 1-2) should be < 1 ohm

6. Replace door switch if readings are incorrect
