What actually causes this:

Freezer fan is frozen up or the motor is dead

Check if ice is blocking the freezer fan

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Turn on Forced Operation mode

  2. 2

    Measure voltage between Case Connector DC BLU1 #3 and #4

  3. 3

    Voltage should be between 7V and 12V

  4. 4

    Listen for motor noise

  5. 5

    Check for frozen ice blocking fan
