What actually causes this:

Condenser fan covered with dust or motor failed

First Thing to Check

Clean dust and debris from the condenser fan and coils

How to Fix

    Turn on Forced Operation mode

  2. 2

    Measure voltage between Case Connector DC WHT #14 and #15

  3. 3

    Voltage should be between 7V and 12V

  4. 4

    Check condenser fan for debris

  5. 5

    Verify fan spins freely
