What This Means
Fan connector not seated at Main PCB CN74 pins 1-6; Fan motor wire damaged or disconnected; Fan motor defective (bearing stuck, motor failure); Main PCB defective or fan relay faulty
What actually causes this:
Compressor fan motor failed or compressor is overheating

Feel the compressor compartment — if it's hot, the cooling fan has stopped

How to Fix

1. Unplug refrigerator and inspect CN74 connector pins 1-6

2. Check for loose or corroded connections

3. Reseat connector firmly

4. Power on and listen for compressor compartment fan
- 5
5. Measure voltage at CN74-1 to CN74-6 — normal 7V to 12V

6. If voltage present but fan inoperative, replace compressor fan motor
- 7
7. If voltage abnormal, check Main PCB relay circuit
