Heater wire harness disconnected at Main PCB CN51 pins 4 and 7; Heater element open circuit or burned out; Heater shorted to ground or adjacent components; Main PCB defective
What actually causes this:
Heater element failed or connector came loose

How to Fix

1. Unplug refrigerator

2. Disconnect Main PCB CN51 wire from PCB
- 3
3. Measure resistance between CN51 pins 4 and 7 — normal 135 ohm ± 7%

4. If 0 ohm: heater shorted, replace heater
- 5
5. If infinite: wire open, replace heater or wire harness
- 6
6. If normal: check Main PCB relay circuit
