Compressor winding short circuit; Compressor piston or rotor mechanically stuck; Inverter gate drive signal distorted or weak; Inverter PCB soldering defect or short circuit; Compressor current sensor defective

What actually causes this:

Compressor motor shorted or mechanically stuck

How to Fix

    1. Check compressor power connectors are properly seated

  2. 2

    2. Inspect Inverter PCB soldering for bridges or damage

  3. 3

    3. Check if compressor makes grinding or unusual noises

  4. 4

    4. Verify DC 15V from SMPS is at least 13.5V

  5. 5

    5. Use oscilloscope to check gate drive waveform to compressor

  6. 6

    6. If waveform is distorted, replace Inverter PCB

  7. 7

    7. If waveform is normal but current still abnormal, compressor may be shorted internally
