How to Fix

    1. Measure input voltage at refrigerator power cord — normal 115V ± 10%

  2. 2

    2. Check if voltage is consistently above 310V (overvoltage condition)

  3. 3

    3. Check power cord and outlet for proper connections

  4. 4

    4. Verify refrigerator is plugged directly into outlet (not through power strip with problems)

  5. 5

    5. If voltage is consistently high, inform customer to contact electrician
