What This Means
Disconnected or poorly seated connector at MAIN PCB CN30 pins 3 and 4; Open or shorted R DEF thermistor; Solder defect at R303 on PCB; Failed MICOM IC01 pin 3
What actually causes this:
The defrost sensor in the fridge evaporator area has failed or its wiring is disconnected.
First Thing to Check
Reseat the connector at CN30 on the main board.

Measure voltage between CN30-3 and CN30-4; normal range 4.5V~1.0V

Check MICOM IC01 pin 3 matches CN30-3/4 reading

Disconnect and measure sensor resistance against DATA1 table

Check solder at R303
