What This Means
Ice duct heater open or shorted; Disconnected connector at CN75; Wiring damage; Bimetal protector tripped open
What actually causes this:
The heater that keeps the ice chute from freezing has burned out, which can cause ice to clog in the chute.
First Thing to Check
Reseat the CN75 connector on the main board.

Disconnect CN75 from PCB

Measure resistance between CN75-2 and CN75-5; expected 63 ohm ±7% (115V) or 230 ohm ±7% (230V)

0Ω = short; ∞Ω = open

Check bimetal protector continuity

Reseat CN75 if resistance is normal
