What This Means

Bad connector contact at CN20 pin 9 and 11; Open circuit in sensor wiring; Short circuit in sensor; Water infiltration on sensor connector; Sensor resistance drift due to age

What actually causes this:

The refrigerator compartment temperature sensor lost connection or failed, so the fridge cannot maintain proper cooling temperature

First Thing to Check

Verify connector CN20 is fully seated and check for any visible moisture

How to Fix

    Check CN20 connector insertion at MAIN PCB

  2. 2

    Measure voltage between CN20 pins 9 and 11

  3. 3

    Measure resistance between CN20 pins 9 and 11 (color: W/YEL and WHT)

  4. 4

    Compare to temperature table DATA1

  5. 5

    Check for water damage on connector
