What actually causes this:

The freezer compartment temperature sensor has failed or lost connection, preventing the control board from regulating freezer temperature properly

First Thing to Check

Check the freezer sensor connector at MAIN PCB CN30 #3 for loose connections and visible damage

How to Fix

    Measure voltage between MAIN PCB CN30 #3 and #7

  2. 2

    Voltage should be within 4.5V to 1.0V range

    Verify sensor resistance at 25°C; should be 5.0 k ohms

  4. 4

    Check connector pins for corrosion
