What actually causes this:

The condenser cooling fan has failed or its control signal is lost, preventing heat removal from the refrigerant, causing the compressor to overheat

First Thing to Check

Check voltage at MAIN PCB CN75 between #1 (GRAY) and #2 (SKY BLUE); should be 7-12V
