What This Means

What actually causes this:
The washer is plugged into an extension cord that is dropping the voltage, or too many appliances are on the same circuit.
First Thing to Check
Make sure the washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not an extension cord, and that the plug is pushed all the way in.
