What This Means

What actually causes this:
The electronic door lock has worn out or a wire to the lock has come loose from vibration.
First Thing to Check
Unplug the washer, wait one minute, plug it back in, and try starting a cycle again.

1. Check whether the door lock switch unit is properly inserted.

2. Check whether the door lock switch unit is disconnected.

3. Check the disconnection of the wire.

4. Check Lock contact resistance (White-Red Wire): approx 0.2 ohms between terminals.

5. Check the Door Lock/Unlock state.

6. If the door lock switch unit is defective, replace it.

7. If the main PCB is defective, replace it.
