What This Means
Door lock switch unit not inserted; Door lock switch unit damaged; Wire disconnected or damaged; Door lock switch unit defective; Main PCB defective
What actually causes this:
The door lock mechanism has failed in the locked position, or a wire to the lock assembly has come loose.
First Thing to Check
Unplug the washer, wait 2-3 minutes for the lock to release, then try opening the lid.

1. Check whether the door lock switch unit is properly inserted.

2. Check whether the door lock switch unit is disconnected.

3. Check the disconnection of the wire.

4. Check Unlock contact resistance (White-Blue Wire): approx 0.2 ohms between terminals.

5. Check the Door Lock/Unlock state.

6. If the door lock switch unit is defective, replace it.

7. If the main PCB is defective, replace it.
