What This Means
Alien substance in the draining bellows (underwear, coins, small items); Drain motor defective; Water leaks from the tub; Water leaks from hose or part connection assembly; Wire connections or product internal hose defective
What actually causes this:
A small clothing item like a sock or underwear has gotten past the drum and is stuck in the drain, causing water to back up and leak.
First Thing to Check
Check around and under the washer for visible water. Make sure the drain hose is firmly connected and not cracked.

1. Check if there is any alien substance in the draining bellows (underwear, coins, wire, etc.).

2. Make sure the end of the drain hose is positioned correctly.

3. Make sure the drain hose is not clogged.

4. For natural draining, remove the alien substance from the draining bellows.

5. If the drain motor is defective, replace it.
- 6
6. Check if water leaks from the tub connection part.
