What This Means
Water level sensor defective; Water continuously supplied due to freezing or foreign materials in water supply valve; Water supply valve stuck open
What actually causes this:
The water inlet valve is stuck open and keeps filling the tub past the correct level, usually because of a failed water level sensor or debris in the valve.
First Thing to Check
Turn off the washer immediately and unplug it. Check for water on the floor and mop up any overflow.
