What This Means
Washing heater short-circuited or wire disconnected; Washing heater contact error or temperature sensor fault; Water level sensor operates without water, causing temperature sensor to detect 100-150°C; Red temperature sensor at dry heater center operates above 145°C; Steam function not operating normally; Heater engagement fault (out of place); PBA relay malfunction
What actually causes this:
The heating element burned out or its safety fuse tripped due to overheating
First Thing to Check
Unplug the washer for a few minutes, then restart — if the error returns, the heater needs service

1. Check the resistance for the Wash Heater: 11.4 ohms to 12.6 kohms between terminals of the Wash Heater

2. Bring the probe of tester into contact with two terminals — if thermal fuse of heater is opened, check
- 3
3. Check if the washing heating wire is disconnected
- 4
4. If heater is on, check for electric breakdown of the circuit breaker — check if the home circuit breaker has acted

5. If resistance is satisfied with spec, replace the PBA
- 6
6. Check the resistance for the heater and flange: resistance should read infinity between heater terminal and flange

7. Check for thermistor fault

8. If Main PCB fault, replace the PBA
