What This Means

What actually causes this:
The clutch motor that switches between wash and spin modes has failed or gotten jammed

Unplug the washer for 2 minutes, then plug it back in and try again

3. Check the wire connector terminals

4. Check the clutch motor resistance between terminals 1 and 3 of the clutch motor housing: 2.18 kohms at 20°C (plus or minus 7%)

5. Check whether the revolution of the clutch motor is restrained by foreign material — remove it directly

6. Check the connection of the clutch motor housing
