What This Means
Water supply taps are closed; Water supply hoses are clogged; Water supply taps are frozen; Insufficient water pressure; Cold and hot water taps connected to wrong hoses; Mesh filter in water supply valve is clogged; Water supply valve is defective; Main PCB is defective; Water is frozen in supply lines
What actually causes this:
The water faucets behind the washer are turned off or the inlet filter screens are clogged with sediment

Make sure both hot and cold water faucets behind the washer are fully open

1. Check that water supply taps are fully open

2. Inspect water supply hoses for kinks or clogs

3. Clean the mesh filter on the water supply valve
- 4
4. Measure water supply valve resistance — should be 0.9 K-ohm to 1.1 K-ohm between terminals

5. Check for foreign material inside the water supply valve filter
- 6
6. Check if water supply is blocked due to freezing
- 7
7. If valve is defective, replace it
- 8
8. If the PBA Relay malfunctions, replace the PBA
