What actually causes this:
The door latch mechanism has failed or the lock switch wiring has a problem

Try opening and firmly closing the lid again, pressing it down until you hear a click

1. Check whether the door lock switch unit is properly inserted

2. Check whether the door lock switch unit is damaged

3. Check for disconnected wires

4. Measure the resistance for Lock/Unlock Contact — Lock (Checking Part: White-Red Wire), Unlock (Checking Part: White-Blue Wire) — should be approximately 0.2 ohms between terminals

5. Check the Door Lock/Unlock state

6. If the door lock switch unit is defective, replace it

7. If the main PCB is defective, replace it
