What This Means
Washing temperature sensor fault; Dry temperature sensor fault; Connector disconnection or incorrect connection; Main PCB fault; Freezing in winter affecting sensors; Season temperature is abnormally high
What actually causes this:
A temperature sensor wire came loose or the sensor itself failed

Unplug the washer for one minute and plug it back in — if the error returns, it needs service

1. Check the connections for the washing heater temperature sensor connector

2. If ATC function check has a connector error, replace the connector

3. Check connections for the dry heater temperature sensor connector
- 4
4. If the dry heater temperature sensor has a functional check issue, replace it
- 5
5. A TC2 check occurs when season temperature is abnormally high
