What This Means
Foreign material entering the water supply valve; Water supply valve terminal not connected or wire disconnected; Warm water and rinse connectors wrongly connected to each other; PCB terminal from drain hose to detergent drawer not connected; Transparent hose is folded or torn; Cold and warm water supply hoses wrongly engaged; Main PCB fault; Freezing in winter season
What actually causes this:
Usually the water faucets are not fully open, or the inlet filter screens are clogged with sediment.
First Thing to Check
Make sure both hot and cold water faucets behind the washer are fully open.

1. Check the resistance for the water supply valve: should be 0.9 to 1.1 kilohms between the terminals

2. Check whether the water supply valve is clogged with foreign material and whether water is being supplied continually

3. Check whether no water is supplied because of freezing in winter

4. Check whether there is foreign material in the water supply valve filter
- 5
5. If the water supply valve filter is clogged, clean the filter
- 6
6. If the water supply valve has a wire disconnected, replace it
- 7
7. If the PBA relay operates abnormally, replace the PBA
