What This Means
Signals between sub and main PBAs are not sensed because of communication error; Incorrect or loose connector connections between sub and main PBAs; Faulty soldering on sub PBA control panel; Main PBA fault
What actually causes this:
A loose ribbon cable or connector between the control panel and main board, sometimes caused by vibration.
First Thing to Check
Unplug the washer for 60 seconds and plug it back in to reset the boards.
