What This Means
Foreign material entering the water supply valve; Water supply valve terminal not connected or wire disconnected; Warm water and rinse connectors wrongly connected to each other; PCB terminal from drain hose to detergent drawer not connected; Transparent hose folded or torn; Weak water pressure causing time delay; Water valve frozen in winter season; Main PCB fault
What actually causes this:
Most commonly the water faucet is turned off, the inlet hose is kinked, or the small mesh filter screen inside the water inlet is clogged with sediment.

Make sure the water faucet behind or near the washer is fully turned on.

1. Check resistance for the water supply valve: 3.6 to 4.4 kOhm between two terminals of each solenoid

2. Check whether the water supply valve is clogged with foreign material

3. Check the inlet filter of the water supply valve for debris

4. Verify water is actually being supplied (check tap is open)

5. If valve has wire disconnected, replace it

6. Check whether water is frozen in winter

7. Verify cold-only vs hot-and-cold model — incorrect connection can cause error

8. If PBA relay operates abnormally, replace the PBA
