What This Means

What actually causes this:
The door is not fully closed or latched, something is caught in the door seal preventing it from closing, or the door latch is worn out.

Open the door, check that no laundry is caught in the door seal, then close the door firmly until you hear it click.

1. Check if error occurs during Boil cycle — if door is detected open, close the door

2. Check door lock switch: Type 1 — resistance of pins 3 and 5 must be approximately 1000 Ohm +/-50%

3. Check door lock switch: Type 2 — resistance of pins 2 and 3 must be approximately 155-200 Ohm (with slider pushed in)
