What This Means

Water level detection not working so water supplies continuously; Drain hose clogged at narrow section causing injection error and failed level detection; Freezing or foreign material in water supply valve keeping it open; Water level sensor degraded; Water level sensor fault

What actually causes this:

The water level sensor's air hose has a hole or is disconnected, so the machine cannot tell how full it is and keeps adding water.

First Thing to Check

Turn off the water supply faucets behind the washer immediately to stop the overfilling, then call for service.
