What actually causes this:
The cable connecting them came loose or the cable/boards are damaged

Check if the display is completely blank — if so, this is a main to panel communication failure

2. Verify cable is not damaged or pinched

3. Use oscilloscope to check signal on cable (if equipped)

4. Check SMPS for proper voltage output to Main PCB

5. Replace Main and Panel PCB if cable is normal
