How to Fix

  1. 1

    1. If DC error occurs, check whether it occurs during the Boil cycle

  2. 2

    2. If detected that the door is open, close the door

  3. 3

    3. Check the 120V direct connection to the door - check and repair power wire connections and insulation state

  4. 4

    4. Check the door switch - replace if faulty

  5. 5

    5. Check the door switch resistance: resistance of pins 1 and 3 must be approximately 175 ohms

  6. 6

    6. Check Reed SW resistance: approximately 0.2 ohms between terminals (White-Green Wire)

  7. 7

    7. Check Motor resistance: 34-51 ohms between terminals (Black-Brown Wire)

  8. 8

    8. Check Lock/Unlock contact resistance: approximately 0.2 ohms (Lock: White-Red Wire, Unlock: White-Blue Wire)

  9. 9

    9. Check the main PBA door sensing circuit - replace if faulty
