How to Fix

Enter Diagnostic Test Mode: unit in standby, press POWER while pressing MORE TIME and LESS TIME simultaneously.

Press START/PAUSE four times to reach the steam/pump test step.

Observe the AD value on display: if above 10, pump is normal.

If AD value is below 10 and E5 is displayed, verify the steam inlet valve connection (DC 12V valve, coil resistance 24Ω ±10%, limit current 550mA).

Check water supply connection and water pressure (29-116 PSI required).

Check harness and connector to the pump and DC valve.
- 7
If connections are good, replace the steam pump or DC valve assembly.
