What This Means
Door not fully closed or latched; Door lock switch is defective; Door sensing switch connector is loose
What actually causes this:
The door wasn't pushed closed firmly enough, or something is blocking it from latching
First Thing to Check
Push the door firmly until you hear it click shut — check that no dish handles or utensils are sticking out

1. Check the connections for the door sensing switch — check the white wire and connected switch. Normal: 10.5 to 13V when door is open, less than 1V when door is closed

2. Check the operation of the door sensing switch (remove connector before measuring) — check the blue wire and connected switch. Normal: SHORT when door is open, OPEN when door is closed

3. If switch tests faulty, replace the door sensing switch

4. Check the operation of the Power Relay — if normal, replace Main PBA
