What actually causes this:
The fridge defrost sensor has failed, preventing proper defrost cycle termination and potentially causing ice buildup

Locate the fridge defrost sensor on the fridge evaporator and ensure its connector is firmly plugged in

Check voltage at CN51 pin 12 (W/BLU) to pin 13; should be 4.5V to 1.0V
