What This Means
Washing heater is short-circuited or has a wire disconnected; Washing heater in the tub has a contact error or temperature sensor fault; Water level sensor operates without water (frozen or other reason) and temperature sensor detects 100-150°C; Red temperature sensor at center of dry heater operates at temperature higher than 145°C; Steam function does not operate normally; Heater engagement fault (out of place)
What actually causes this:
The heating element or its temperature sensor has failed, or the washer tried to heat with no water inside.
First Thing to Check
Make sure the water supply faucets are turned on so the washer can fill with water before heating.

1. TYPE 1 (FRONT): Check resistance between points A and B — should be 16.05 ± 0.65Ω

2. Check for disconnected wires — replace if faulty

3. Check heater — if faulty, replace

4. Check red overheating temperature sensor at center of dry heater — press button at center lightly to reset, or replace if temperature sensing is unstable due to functional degradation

5. Check steam heater — replace if faulty

6. TYPE 2 (BACK): If Type 1 is OK, change wash-thermistor at back of tub

7. Check for freezing in winter season
