What This Means

What actually causes this:
The electronic door latch is stuck in the locked position, often due to a loose wiring connection or a worn-out lock mechanism.
First Thing to Check
Wait 5 minutes after the cycle ends, then try opening the door. If still locked, unplug the washer for 2 minutes.
