What actually causes this:
The automatic ice maker mechanism has failed — either the motor, sensor, or water supply is at fault
First Thing to Check
Press and hold the ice maker test button for 2 seconds and listen for the motor to rotate

Press the ice maker test switch (hold over 1.5 seconds) and check if ice maker rotates

Check IC01 MICOM pin 18 input voltage

Check water supply after designated standby time

Check ice maker sensor (CN30 pins 9-11)

Verify CW/CCW motor control signals: Motor CW (IC90 pin 2) should alternate 0V/5V during rotation
